Refund Policy

  • Once you add your course selection to the cart and check out you will NOT be granted a refund.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to check the "Approved Courses" page to see if the selected course is approved for continuing education credits in your state. We will however allow the customer to choose another course of equal value within 48 hours of the purchase if they are not satisfied with the course or if it is not approved by their state.
  • Continuing education credits will not be issued to a course that a customer asks for a replacement on. Only the replacement course will be eligible to receive continuing education credit.

If you are in need of your transcript send an email to support@onlinechirocredits.com with the word TRANSCRIPT in the subject line. OnlineChiroCredits.com and/or Texas Chiropractic College cannot guarantee the acceptance of any continuing education credits for any material on this website. It is up to the individual to confirm course acceptance with your state examining board. A list of approved courses by state can be viewed by clicking on the "Approved Courses" button on the left menu.
